Make sure you specify the correct path and file name. I can now make new folders again, either via the tool bar or by right-clicking, but once the folder exists, when I try to re-name it I get an error window popping up that says: Can't find the specified file. I have done sfc /scannow but it didn't work. When I try, it gives the error 'Can't find the specified file'. After installing KB3124200 & KB3116900 updates, I'm no longer able to rename or move folders.
